Featuring the notes of a berry compote, sweetness of a tangy nectarine and the light florality of white tea, this washed pink bourbon delivers a delightfully pleasant cup.
It gets better as it enjoys all the senses and opens up like the season around vs, hence: Start of Spring.
With light body and clean mouthfeel, the washed nature of this coffee from Granja Paraiso 92 and Wilton Benitez evokes the softness of spring with the playful tones of budding flowers and new blooms.
Enjoy drinking it over time as the full range of flavours emerge!

Welcome to KURO NEKO and the roast that started it all! Colloquially called "Triple P' because of its taste, it has notes of purple-ish plum, running the whole spectrum of pomelo and touches of the sweet complexity of panela. It really transforms into something enjoyable for everyone.

Roasted: 2026-05-30 ; Enjoy after resting for 3 weeks for complete experience, then enjoy over time after brewing (suggested after 1-2minutes).
