Day by Day is a coffee that I enjoy any time, as it feels like carving out a quiet little moment that draws you into a space of your own for some contemplation and peace.
While this may feel exaggerated, I do find Kenyan coffees interrupt my day to day and help give me a nice little "pep" and boost to continue, while also interrupting my thoughts, making me pause to think about not just my say to day but now I've been and where I am and will be day by day.
It's juicy, sweet, bright, with light complexity and what I enjoy most about Kenyans.
Notes of Berries and currants with their sweet and tart taste, followed by the herbal and delicate nature of a Rooibos tea and finishing with dried fruit that helps compliment and balance the cup.
It is a nice change of pace and both fun and mindful for me. I hope you get something special out of it too!
Enjoy drinking it over time as the full range of flavours emerge!
Brewing temp: 93c recommended 1:15 ratio of coffee:water
Roasted: 2026-10-03
200g Whole Bean
Enjoy after resting for 3 weeks
Disc pulped, followed by traditional overnight fermentation of 8-12 hours then washed, soaked in streams and finally sun dried for 8-14 days!
Coffee is best enjoyed when shared and over time! Brew some and Enjoy the Fun!
